I did find a guide to 'how to unbrick' LG phones on the XDA forums. Says for that error, to make sure it's plugged into a USB 2 port, not a USB 3. Hope that helps!

I'm looking for an App that will convert/copy all user data of an app, and save it to SD, and can later be installed via recovery. I find lots of apps that backs up to zip, but I need it to be able to be signed and able to install from a new ROM installation.

Any major changes from 54 that would warrent the 'update' to 56? Like, is the FC of the browser fixed? And the Chirp before the ring also resolved? If so, I'm-a-flashing!

True. I have noticed that 'feature' as well with this 'stock' kernel of 54. One issue, that almost everyone on every forum has said, is that 'phantom' chirp/trill ring just before a ringtone is played. I noticed it even if Ihave the phone muted, it will still chirp the ring. This can be annoying...

Unless you want to OC it to 1700, I won't bother, personally. As I said, the volume issue 'seems' to be ok now. And I'm running the kernel that came with it, and it's running great! I have all the Glitch's, ready to go, but, hey..its not broken..so why risk it? :)
