I had the G6, and it was a pretty nice screen for being LCD. Granted always on display kinda sucks with LCD, and blacks are never truly black. But at least it had the option to adjust the warm vs cool of the screen. I could push it all the way from a warm yellow (3000K) screen to a ice cold blue...
