Had mine since day 1 and it has been awesome. I have had random apps become unresponsive, but I can just press the home key or multitasking button to escape and close the app. The lack of stutters and overall speed and smoothness has been amazing for me. Maybe you have an app causing issues?

Ordered Aug 11th. They showed as in stock at that time which was not true. The shape of the device makes it though to have a thick skin but the skin should have been a tiny bit smaller all around.

Nova is usually the first thing I install on a new phone as I like the gestures. I found that on this phone it is not as smooth as the tw launcher and it is noticeable enough for me that I am now using tw. I will try again after any software updates to the phone or app.

Sorry if this sounds basic but have you restarted your phone? I deal with customers all the time that have Bluetooth issues with their cars and no matter which platform they are running a reboot solves close to half of the issues.
