When the phone is sitting on my desk or on couch, and I get a whatsapp call, I get a small bubble on top of the screen with edge lighting, but no answer/reject option. Is this normal? I don't remember this happening on my older phones.

Recently our Note 3 started acting up badly because T-Mobile made some changes to the network, or something else. We suddenly can't make calls or receive calls, but data works juts fine on 4G LTE. We cannot downgrade the connection to 4G or HSPA, so we are stuck with this terrible service...
