I was finally able to get into recovery mode and do a factory reset. I backed up everything with Smart Switch so it took only an hour to get everything back the way I had it.

I having the same issue getting stuck at the Samsung Logo, I've tried powering down by holding the power button and the volume down button but it keeps going in a loop and won't enter recovery mode no matter what button combinations I do. I tried to install Smart Switch but it won't recognize...
