I tried setting a new wallpaper in 4.3 and I noticed the crop method looked different. I was also surprised that it came out extra "jaggey". I had tried this on 4.2.2 to be sure and it came out fine. Anyone else notice this? Anyone have a fix?

The News & Weather app refuses to pull in weather data no matter how I choose my location. Clearing data, force stopping, disabling/enabling all didn't change anything. I don't want to have to suck my battery dry with Google Now to get weather, nor do I want another app. Anyone have this...
