    ETF and Fed Universal Service Charge

    FYI, I recently terminated two lines with Verizon. In addition to the ETF, they charged $14.53 and $13.40 for the Fed Universal Service Charge. I called and asked for the fee to be removed. They eventually agreed and removed the charges.

    Bluetooth Turning Off

    I have a Verizon Note 4. I have a problem with the Bluetooth turning off by itself. I use a G watch and an app to bypass the lockscreen. It happens randomly a couple times a week. Anyone else have a similar problem? I may try a hard reset see if that fixes the problem.
