Okay, it's installing the update.zip now. It wasn't really clear that you then use the stock recovery. Maybe it was to be assumed, but they could have made note of it. Thanks for the help!

Which file are you referring to? Because in the INSTRUCTIONS, it says to boot into recovery and apply the update.zip.

I've tried it in NUMEROUS different ways, and i can't get this damn radio to update. I've followed the directions to the 'T', multiple times, i've tried it w/o doing the PB31IMG.zip and just going straight to the OTA, and i've reverted back to my nandroid backup and then tried the process all...

I've been using THESE instructions to update my radio and after numerous trys, my radio is still the '1.00.03.04.06' version; what am i doing wrong?

@Qazme, You gave me a link in another thread to the XDA forum containing the 8/1/10 OTA leak. I've gotten through about 15 of the 36 pages....is the link in the first post the one that you installed?? Also, i haven't seen any steps on how to install that OTA leak?? how do i do that?
