Strange. I use Textra as my default, but would be willing to try Hangouts, however this is the main reason I don't. I have never been able to send a contact. I also don't have Google + disabled. Posted via Android Central App

So, I've been using Textra for months on my N5. I quite like it. My one complaint is that when group messaging I am usually 2-3 minutes behind when receiving a group MMS text compared to my wife who is using an iPhone 5. When they do show up it is usually way out of order in the conversation...

It's not the new version. I talked with Google on Friday and I got the replacement today. Speaker holes are the same and I still have a loose power button, even if it is slightly less wiggly. It also shipped with 4.4...i was surprised it didn't already have 4.4.2. Posted via Android Central App
