    People can only hear me in a call if I enable speakerphone - HTC One

    The title says it all. If I call or a receive a call from anyone they can only hear my voice if I have speakerphone enabled. I have the HTC One and have it updated to the latest software from the ATT software update. Any help solving this problem would be appreciated, thanks.
