I decided to go with a custom ROM and just deal with it. Installed Cyanogenmod 10.1 with Gapps, no cellphone service. So I'm assuming the radio files are different between Sprint and CSpire. I guess if I wait on 4.2.2 long enough someone will put out a stock CSpire recovery ._.

Yes but I don't have the stock recovery and it doesn't seem like anyone has it. I had no idea CSpire got so little support. I guess I'll find a ROM to use from now on.

I do not. I'm not sure how I would go about getting them. I definitely wouldn't have rooted if I had done more research. Lesson learned. I was going to install Cyanogenmod through Goomanager but CM will not download through that anymore ._.
