Not sure if anyone else had this issue but when I placed my order on Samsung it included the trade in for my S21 at $800. After it shipped the trade in was not reflecting and they confirmed that part didn't go through. I called Verizon to ask if I could just process the trade through them and...

Same here, I went from base S21 to base S23 and that is probably the only difference I am noticing between the phones. Will need to play around with it for a few days but I'm not seeing a huge difference in the cameras.

I got an email that is shipped on the 10th and a UPS tracking number that still today only shows that the label was created. Yet the email and on the Samsung site it says the delivery date is February 14th?

I was curious about this as well. I like the Spigen glass screen protector but there is not a cutout for the front camera. I would assume that would affect the quality of the pictures?

Finally got an email from UPS that it shipped, looks like it will be delivered on the 14th? Which is kind of odd that would be 3 day delivery I guess? Either way happy to get it before the 17th.

Does it feel the same as the Rugged Armor? I've used the Rugged Armor on the past 4 or 5 phones and love it. But this year it has extra "bumpers" on the corners that I do not like.

You received the label by email from FedEx? I'm curious how so many have a tracking number and I don't. I ordered the base model in black right when Unpacked started. Maybe there is an issue with that model.

Is everyone receiving an email from FedEx and that's how they got their tracking? My order has not moved from In Process and I ordered as soon as Unpacked started. Have not received anything from FedEx either.

My order still says PREORDER and FASTER right underneath it. I got the base model so I'm assuming they make more of the + and Ultra so it's possible the base model gets out later for some. I did order like 10mins after the website went live though so I was expecting something by now.

I found out what the issue was and can't believe I didn't notice it on my email invoice. Even though I added the trade in information it's not actually on my order. Samsung says I have to cancel and redo it but Verizon said they can process the trade in after I get the phone and I will still get...

The Spigen Glas.tR screen protector looks nice, there is no cutout for the front camera though. Will that affect the camera resolution?

I've used the Spigen Rugged Armor on my last 4 phones and love it. Unfortunately this year they added extra "Bumper" protection on all four corners that I'm not a fan of. I drop my phone often and that case has always had enough protection...

Right and this isn't even the Ultra, I got the base S23 with the free 256GB upgrade. I think something is wrong there. I don't think I should be paying $22.22 per month like it says.

That is the subtotal, it's not making sense to me where that number came from. I thought with my 800 trade in it would cover most of the cost of the phone.

Re: Unpacked/preorder - Samsung order error I ended up using a different credit card. No idea why that was the issue, same name and both a Visa.

Thanks for the explanation. So the phone isn't actually $861.99, it's the subtotal it shows on the receipt $1,683.79. That's what it would cost someone outright I assume?
