This is really bizarre, my exchange account stopped syncing around 6.30pm on Friday. I deleted and reinstalled the account, it reloaded all of the emails up to 6.30pm but not beyond. I then did a complete restore of the phone and reset my exchange account. Again it downloaded all emails...
