If it has to be Android Wear, I'd recommend the Zenwatch 2 like Diddy said above. Otherwise, I'd recommend the Pebble range - they have less features sure, but they do the core things like notifications and battery life very well. Also, every watch except the Time Round is fully waterproof!

I've switched too - although I notice that the quick reply options I usually get on my Moto 360 and in the notifications shade in Android N don't work with texts for some strange reason

I've found it to be a little hit-and-miss, although I expect the Preview 5/final release build to be better than MM. Some days I will get 2 hours, and some days I will get 4-5 hours SOT (I used to average 2-3 hours on MM).

OneNote has been having issues since Preview 3 as well - I guess it's just something that MS is using in all their apps that is conflicting with the new N APIs?
