    I know this is like 3 years dead, but thanks for this! Also, I found that using a local government website's 'contact us' reliably resulted in a mailto: link rather than a web based form.

    Hidden alarm on my note 4 keeps going off.

    Hiya! Just had this problem on my One+ 3t. Turns out there was a second clock app (older version, 4.1.0) that was not overwritten by a newer one (5.0.1). Found the spurious alarm lurking in there.
