    My keyboard still has that functionality. In fact I am using it to type right now. You might try clearing the app cache?

    Call your credit card and tell them that you do not honor the charge. That the device is not functional as sold.

    Back up...everything?

    You can also use Samsung Switch on your phone to back up to micro sd card in device. I do it every Saturday morning. Also, if you buy a new Samsung you can restore from micro sd in the new device. Just remember the password you assign.

    Settings/Notifications/Do not Disturb create a day. name that schedule. save that schedule. press "+" at top right. create a scedule for another day(s). save that schedule. Keep repeating. The big plus sign doesn't appear until you've added the first schedule.

    This morning my phone asked for the pin again as if it had re-started. I entered it and checked phone status. It indicated it hadn't been re-started for 149 hours. It's definitely not working.

    Mine would do that and then I started getting notifications that it hadn't been restarted for some time. When I checked the status it hadn't happened for 258 hours.

    I had them set for 2 times a week at 3:30 a.m. Last week I got a notice to re-start periodically and it turned out it hadn't worked in 10 days. I turned it off and then back on and cleared the app cache. We'll see.

    Moto G 1st edition, 2 issues.

    Repair cost would probably be prohibitive. Moto E would be $150 and would be a good investment.
