Accessibility is for if you have some kind of disability or impairment. Like if you have bad eye sight it might change the color scheme or make text larger, or if you need to use a hearing aid, etc. It's also greyed out on my phone, so I wouldn't know how someone would use it.

On the Home screen press the Menu Button, go to Settings, go to Wireless & Networks, scroll down and go to Mobile Networks, click Network Mode and select GSM only, and it will use 2G edge instead of 3G.

I've read that those task killers are pretty useless, the Android OS is pretty good at cpu/memory management. I don't use a task killer and my phone lasts all day. Check your sync settings, the more often it syncs, the more battery will be drained. Check screen brightness, turn wifi radio off...

Don't think you can, you'd have to install a launcher app like ADW Launcher or LauncherPro or install a custom ROM after rooting.

I haven't tried it myself, as I use T-Mobile, but I've heard that it wouldn't be possible because T-Mobile and AT&T use different frequencies or something for 3G connectivity. I don't know about regular GSM though. Don't quote me on any of this, it's just what I've heard.

No problem. I found those pictures on the T-mobile forums as well and went ahead and bought it. I found one for $16 and free shipping on eBay, I'd say that's quite a deal. I do like the case, although it does make the phone a little bulkier but not too bad. Sliding action works fine with mine...

I don't think there is an option for that. The only way I can think of is to root and install a custom rom.

Great list! I completely agree with everything you said. When I bought my phone they didn't sell a kickstand case or a charging dock back when it first came out. Could you post pictures of your slide with the kickstand case (Closed and slid open? and of course with the kickstand being used)...

Do you mean tabbed browsing for the browser? When in the browser press the menu button and hit Windows. Hit the + sign to open a new tab or scroll through tabs left and right. To open a link in a new tab, long press it and hit "Open in new window"
