Thank you. A new wrinkle my S3 didn't have. I figured it was there somewhere.

I just got this S4 tonight. Is there any way to disable the Life Companion message on the lockscreen? I changed backgrounds, but the script is still there. Am I just overlooking something?

This was a life saver, thank you sir. I inadvertantly unzipped the team epic root file. Had to remove my SD card and put the unzipped file on the card via my laptop, then reinsert it, boot into recovery and install. Got hairy for a minute, but thanks to your instructions all went well. kudos...

Once you use it a few hours the size becomes a non factor.

Re: Best Custom ROM It's didn't on mine. Lots of peeps are using custom kernels with it, mine is just the stand alone Ace.

I was under the assumption that Samsung was the manufacturer and SGH i317 was the model, but yes, it says Samsung first. :D

Re: Best Custom ROM It's as the title says, very very clean, super fast and outstanding battery life. I have 5 customers ROMs installed on my SD card and this one is my favorite.

Been on IOS for the last three years. Traded my 4s for a GS3, then upgraded to a Note 2. This thing is an absolute beast. I am more than satisfied.
