When I try upload a picture from my gallery and select picasa is does not work ,it comes up with failed to [Bretrieve account information I can view my pictures and upload from my pc but not from the phone flicker works fine but picasa is being a pain someone must be able to help.

I am using any video Converter to change films to MP4 but the picture comes out very small and not filling the screen does any one know what size frame i have to put in , also is there a better converter out there to use as the one i use is slow. also why does my volume go to silent every now...
