Check out S-Pen Voice (free). You can take notes and record audio at the same time. The audio is synced to whatever note you were jotting down at the time. Hope this helps.

Re: Does anyone else think the camera sucks? Sure, if the Ultra was the culprculprit then I assume no card at all would work, as long all the junk left over from the U1 card was cleared out. Then again, maybe certain placeholders related to sd card access stored on the system wouldn't reset...

Re: Does anyone else think the camera sucks? My hunch is that it's an issue a lot deeper than just where you are saving the pictures. I don't know the intricacies of Android but i'm sure certain data and SD card states are stored somewhere on the phone even when not the card is not inserted...
