Just started having an odd issue, s pen stopped working. Also if i take out the s pen the tablet stops responding to any touch input. Anyone else having this issue?

Any of you other new Nexus owners noticing that landscape photos from facebook cant be used as wallpaper comes up with an error saying failed to load image. This happens in the fb app as well as the gallery after i emailed the picture to myself.

Every time I try to use either it is just black. Yes I did the OTA update first, everything else seems to be fine except for the camera and I also have a notification that says "Preparing Phone Storage" "Checking for errors" and it has been there since I updated. Any suggestions?
