On my Pixel 3 XL I had it setup so that Microsoft's Your Phone Companion would not show an icon in the notification bar at the top but would show the notification in the pulldown. I can't figure that out how I did that before and change it on my 4 XL, what am I missing?

A little back story. After receiving April OTA I factory reset my phone. I started my 2xl fresh with no restore. Skype will not run. Shortly after displaying the Skype splash it will crash. Removing and installing the app does not help.
