I ordered the Sprint version Sunday from Best Buy. It was delivered today, I popped my AT&T sim in, and no problems whatsoever. No carrier bloat, Sim lock, logos, or anything non Nexus....at least as far as I can tell. They price matched Sprints unlocked $648 price as well.
