Even on an un-rooted Thrill I am getting the boot-loop boogy as well... I can hard-reset and restore, but getting kinda tired of it and it is still a un-touched phone. After reading some of this I am even more than skiddish about rooting this thing as I was hoping a root would help FIX not...

2nd stupid question here from the newbie... I found Polaris Office recent as an icon (app) loaded on my device, but it seems to do nothing. I went to the Infraware site and it tells about it but NOT how to use it or access it to push docs - what am I missing here?

OK - I am VERY green Droid newbie here... I have had my 1st droid (AT&T LG Thrill) and want to know how (or if I can) change the bar on the bottom of the screen and assign different apps. My device is un-rooted at this point and I use Firefox as my browser and want to replace that silly...
