    Here's another way to compare phones. What can the Rezound do that the Nexus can't? Answer: Nothing... Nexus has the advantage of NFC, up to the minute updates, and an unlocked bootloader. There's no denying that. All the other arguing points are just a matter of opinion.

    Corporate store called about my appointment tomorrow. Said he had the Nexus in stock and is ready to sale it to me tomorrow morning! Can't wait!!!!! Originally when I called a few days ago they would only talk about the RAZR.

    The thing is that it wouldn't have to be a lawsuit. Each service contract will have some type of quality control of service. Where if there is a certain type of violation there can be heavy fines involved.
