Really? Interesting. I would recommend you to try a couple of times. It seems to settle down to the certain number eventually. The app basically seems to do what you just do manually with the airplane mode, but more batched process with some clean up of cache.

You might want to see your battery history "Settings>Battery>Click Graph." Check at the bottom part "Awake." See if your GN has been completely in sleep during that 4 hours. If it was completely asleep, then I would suspect the battery display may not be accurate. You may need to delete battery...
