Font Changer app makes that extremely simple. Just wished it changed the clock font. EDIT: just found an app called Type Fresh that changes all the fonts.

I'm not sure what the point of recording a band playing without the audio is. I'm a drummer & that's the exact reason I have my wife record us... but anyhoo, that's about the best audio you're gonna get from a phone as far as concert music goes.
