    Not only that... you can install it and run it AFTER losing your phone by using their "Plan B". Just go to the play store from a desktop computer and have it installed onto your phone.

    Nexus 4 will be available today at Noon PST

    Hint.... I got my nexus 4 in the original launch by going to play.google.com ON MY NEXUS 7. I think that it detected that I was coming from a moble device and handed me off to a different server used only for mobile, which wasn't getting hammered as hard.

    I have both an AT&T StraightTalk SIM and a T-Mobile SIM. AT&T = 3-5 mb T-Mobile = 18-20 mb
