Even if you install another launcher, Nova Launcher for example, you will still not be able to kill off the blink feed launcher entirely. At least I wasn't able to.

I use Music Bee. It allows me to sync my music library to phone. It works pretty well.

I just pulled my case off and I see what people are talking about with the loose volume rocker. I am not worried about it though. If it fails I will get it replaced. I am also outside of the return / replace window. What is the warranty period for the phone for hardware failure?

That would drive me nuts. Especially for a device that costs as much as the M8. I have had this issue with cheaper tablets, but not with higher end devices. I would exchange it.

Mine has this issue on the top left corner only. Not enough to make me want to swap it out.
