I bought a OnePlus 6. I came from a Galaxy S9, and creating folders on the home screen is easy as it allows me to choose which apps to put in the folder while creating it. Does the OnePlus offer this or do I have to add them one by one to a folder? Is there an app that could do this?

Hello all, I'm not sure if it was an option before, but I can't changey wallpaper for my lock screen separately from my home screen. Is that possible? I gone to settings > display > wallpaper. Choose the wallpaper, but then it just applies it. No option for anything else.
