Seems to take forever to get the market up and running after a flash, and that's the only way I know of to get Titanium reinstalled after a flash. Is there an alternative way that i'm not aware of?

I'm not necessarily interested in removing the PIN requirement...but it would be really nice if a simple dialpad or number pad popped up instead of a full QWERTY keyboard. Any ideas?
