Incomplete and duplicate emails with Exchange Activesync

I had the same issue when I first got the phone. What I learned was if you have email set to "Push" to your phone, it is almost like the phone will get it first before the main exchange gets it. So, the message starts to go to the phone, the server picks it up and the message stops...

JB Brightness slider in notification menu

I know a lot of people are really excited about having that brightness slider there, but my wife and I are not as excited. We use auto brightness all the time and the slider, though nothing wrong with it, is extremely annoying to have in the notification menu. I've done some searching around...

    Sprint has gotten Jellybean first

I came from sprint to, not a month ago. But if you remember, all you sprint folks, every time sprint rolled out an OTA it was always fubar'd. So, yeah, they are getting JB on the SGS3, but how many updates will it take before it actually works. I remember the ICS update to the sgsII that all...

    Legendary ROM

Odin is something you use your PC with to interface with your phone. CWM is what you use to flash roms, kernels and some modems with actually on your phone without a PC (basically). Yes you need CWM flashed on your phone, no you don't need ODIN "on your phone." A modem is what defines your...

SFR 1.2 and tons of FC's out of nowhere

My SRF 1.2 Geno 2.0 went ape crazy yesterday too! Out of nowhere it got real laggy and swipe stopped working. I reset the phone, bam, launcher pro force close, desk clock force close, BW force close over and over and over again. I 3x wiped all and reinstalled SRF and Geno and got it back up...

Epic won't sync to the pc

At least your PC even sees your phone. Mine froze up on the Samsung screen awhile back. I couldn't do anything. I took it into Sprint where they reflashed Froyo. Ever since then, I plug in the Epic and nothing (and yes it worked before). It acts as if nothing is plugged in. I took it back...

Am I the only one who notices the stronger signal?

I haven't noticed a change at all. Still have crappy coverage (1 to 0 bars, still) and my wifi still continues to drop out and back on. I can't really speak for 3G, haven't been anywhere where I didn't get 3G before.

Won't boot up and PC doesn't recognize it

I got it back in October. I took it into Sprint. The tech people were able to reflash EC05 back onto it. Everything is back to normal minus the fact I can't get it to mount onto any of my computers as so I can reroot it. I tried a couple of cables, I guess I'll need to run to The Shack and...

Won't boot up and PC doesn't recognize it

Ok, so for the past couple of days my Epic has been freaking out. Running laggy as all be, force closes all over the place, all that good stuff. It just came out of no where, no new apps, normal updates. Anyway, enough was enough, backed everything up and went to do a Factory Reset. Well...

Battery Life on the Epic 4G

Agreed, somewhat. My average use included 30+ texts a day, a couple of pics, maybe a video, couple of games of Sudoku and other random games, couple of facebook checks and posts and maybe 1-2 calls for a total of 30 or so minutes, a 15 minute GPS upload for family tracking (I travel a lot) and...

i need some major help :(

Try a 3 button reset, or better yet, unplug it, pull the battery, put the battery back in and plug it back in. Mine goes coo coo cachoo sometimes too where it will do something similar.
