Why no Sense 4.1 for U.S. One X?

*edit - U.S. One X* I've noticed that international One Xs have received Sense 4.1 with the 4.0.4 update. And now U.S. variants (Sprint's EVO 4G LTE) are getting Sense 4.1. Why is AT&T's One X not getting it - the carrier delaying it?
