Short answer the administration of Mobile Nations and Android Central decided to put this rule into affect to make things a 2 way street. We would like to see some productive and constructive participation from our members in return for allowing them to put links in their posts. This includes are independent android developers where we offer an open forum section for them to post their applications and in return we ask for some quality posts ( 10 posts ) for this gesture. Far too often people like to drop one post, with a link to some external site and never return which doesn't benefit the forum or its community.
