Who do I contact if my account was banned at Android Central?

My account was banned for "advertising". I didn't know that posting about a service that I use regularly was considered advertising. It would have been nice to at least receive one warning about it before being banned though so I would know that it was considered "advertising" so I wouldn't do it in the future.

I made another account to try and find out more information about the ban through a moderator but that account was also banned for having multiple usernames.

Anyone know who I can contact to try and get unbanned? I regularly follow the forums and love helping people resolve issues with there devices. Unfortunately I can't do that now =(

Feel free to send me an email at matt.luciano@mobilenations.com. Making another account is definitely not advisable, that sort of thing results in the permanent ban on all accounts associated with the user.

For everyone with this question - two points here.

1. Don't break more rules in order to protest a warning, infraction or ban. We look as that similar to how a judge would look at robbing a bank to protest an unfair speeding ticket.
2. Read your email - the system automatically generates an email to the address you used at registration when any warning or infraction is issued. That email includes a link to the rules and the details of the current proceeding.

If those two things don't get us squared away, my email is above and if for some reason I'm being super stubborn or unreasonable, you can talk to our Community Manager, James - at james@mobilenations.com. He's a nicer guy than me, but I'd prefer it if you give me a chance to either help you or laugh in your face and post your complaint to my social media. Just kidding - I'm happy to help wherever I can, even if all I can do is explain things. But if we can work together, there's usually a middle road to find.

Why is AC dumb enough to send me a message and then ban me permanently for no reason so that I can't see what the message is? Wortheless, overly sensitive, pokemon crazed idiots...

When you attempt to login it should show a reason for your account being banned. If it does not, you can also check the email you registered with. You can also use the email that Almeuit linked if you need further assistance.
