Those URLs aren't showing completely.

What you're seeing might be an embedded Imgur link that's supposed to show images that say things like "Android Central Ambassador." I've also noticed this right after I create a post, but all it shows is the embedded link, not the image itself. It's probably due to the fact that the site admins have been modifying a number of things on the back end, and this is showing up as a glitchy byproduct.

Creating another post so that I can copy the text of that embedded link ...

EDIT: Ok, this is what I see at the bottom of my post, immediately after creating it:
http://i.imgur.com/P3S6fTo.png

The image is this:
P3S6fTo.png
which had been my signature for a while, until sigs were universally removed by the admins a while ago.

Oddly, when I go back to the thread again, I no longer see the embedded link (nor the image). So I'm not really sure what the deal is. I can bring it up with the admins.

All I've been seeing is a huge block of HTML formatting, at least for Ry and Almeuit. Just installed the forums app to see if it's the same there.

Edit: which I apparently neglected strips any signature.

Hmmmm....I'm not seeing signatures for anyone. I'll move this to site feedback so that the people that actually work on these things will see this.

Hey all,

Sorry about those. We are currently working and testing a few things behind the scenes and it is causing some bugs. We used to have signatures on the board but they have been removed in the past but due to this testing some old signatures are being resurrected and causing these blocks of text / image links / actual links you're seeing. Since the board isn't supporting them anymore they aren't rendering like a normal signature would.

We are aware and working on it. Sorry for the mess! James has tech trying to get rid of them all (as shown here - https://forums.androidcentral.com/showthread.php?p=5594190)

Thanks :).

[x] Excellent explanation @B.Diddy and Almeuit..Also thx for support
the topic to Fredmadden & Sidneycoo..79 : I decided to create
a thread to call the attention on this issue

Most of us who are active in other forums, know about the
existence of these links-Called signatures are useful

But What's abnormal is that-These links aren't shown in blue
and aren't "Clickable" so what's the point to displayed

In addition if signatures has been banned..why to
resurrect a defunct feature-If wanna returned
make it Clickables: Kudos for reply to..

That is due to them not being supported by the forum anymore. That is why links/images aren't rendering right within the area a signature would normally be and instead is displaying text/coding.

Also there is no point to them being displayed -- they aren't supposed to be there hence it being a bug ;).

You can turn off signatures for your account which will get rid of all that stuff at the bottom:

While logged in via a full web browser:

1. In the upper left between your username and the "Participated" button click "Settings, General Settings"
2. Scroll down to section titled "Thread Display Options"
3. Across from "Visible Post Elements" uncheck "Show Signatures"
4. Scroll down to bottom of page and click "Save changes".

Thanks for provide the Steps to disable those signatures-Enabled
by default in Ac.com : But I'm in favour of returned and being
used in moderated way..I mean No more than three like

AC-Rules: How to contact Admins : How to create an account..
We know these links exist in somewhere in the AC-GUI

But users dislike waste time searching for these links..
So at the End whatever they decide welcome!

Allright so let's be clear on this issue: Is well known that the Admins
of these AC-Forums removed the signatures feature from the
AC-GUI : But the decision it's been reconsidered and
Signatures are approved to be used again Yes/No

I just made a quick Scan on some of the high profile Mod's
and Ambassa..s replies and None of them display
those links called Signatures or hasn't been
posted yet..in that case let's Wait for it

No, signatures are not approved to be used again. As Almeuit said before, the behind-the-scenes changes in the forum software is causing some bugs, leading these old signatures to be resurrected. I'm sure that once the bugs are ironed out, those old sigs will go away.

My sig is no longer there because I made sure my signature was completely empty in the Edit Signature part of my profile settings.

No. Signatures are not part of the forum anymore and have been removed. The only reason this issue occurred was due to a programming bug which has been fixed.
