Confirmation you can bypass the AT&T sideloading restriction?
Can someone confirm that you can work around the AT&T restrictions on sideloading?
Because, finally, we get a respectible phone coming (Samsung Captivate), but if it can't sideload, I'll move on to something else (like the N1)

However sideloading via a computer is possible anyway. I had a backflip for a while and even built my own app and was able to install it.
If any of these get rooted, it also won't be a problem.

I'm new to android but is it true that you can install an app on any phone using the SDK and the command line? I tested it on the Aria but i'm not sure if it just worked on this phone
