Default Wug's Nexus Root Toolkit... malware warning?

Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere, I tried searching but could not find an answer to my question.

The download link for Wug's Toolkit sends me over to softpedia, after downloading my Avira antivirus found malware "SPR/AutoIt.Gen". I also noticed softedia last scanned it on the 10th, but the file has been updated today.

Could this be a false warning from Avira, as this toolkit obviously kind of breaks into my phone? Has anyone else had this warning?

I'm an unforunate Canadian with no OTA jellybean update coming anytime soon, I finally decided to do this, but not if something may go wrong!

Edit: Found an answer over at another forum. Clean download.
