Getting Started with OBBs?
I've been poking around some Google Groups and mailing list archives for information on opaque binary blobs (OBB) and I think I may have a use case for my recent project. At least I'd like to play with them.
So far I know what they are and how to use them but I can't seem to find any information about how to actually build them. I've seen only one example using a shell script for creating the OBB and a program called obbtool (referenced by the proper Android Developer documentation) but neither one of these exist in my SDK directory.
So where are these tools? Are they in the NDK? Or are they located in AOSP source? - 10-15-2012, 05:31 PM #2
