Help rooting my Samsung Galaxy Appeal SGH-i827

Would really like to know how to root my Samsung Galaxy Appeal SGH-i827. Gingerbread 2.3.6 UCLE3.

The following guide does not work

Nor does Universal Gingerbread Root & Unroot 2.3.3 -> 2.3.7+

I have tried several other that require command inputs via the command prompt on my PC which for some reason do not work either.

This is driving my absolutely nuts.

Any help would be appreciated

P.S bare in mind i have downloaded and tried nearly 20 root packages and all returned this error

Tried most if not all the rooting apps, utilities and programs i can find and nothing works.

As far as i can tell if it's GingerBread 2.3.6 then there's no chance of any rooting app, utility or program ever working untill someone bothers to update thier root tool.

I have the same Samsung Galaxy Appeal with android 2.3.6. IT IS VERY EASY TO ROOT THIS ONE. let me you take to thru the steps.

1. Download Kingo here. http://www.kingoapp.com/android-root/download.htm

2. install Kingo in a laptop or desktop
3. Open/Launch/ Start Kingo user interface.
4. Plug your i827 using USB cable
5 follow instructions from kingo user interface, then you are done.
6. Click Finish and unplug your device

i have the same samsung galaxy appeal with android 2.3.6. It is very easy to root this one. Let me you take to thru the steps.

did u try "unlockRoot" ?it's old and best program for rooting. Maybe u can check list phones which can be rooted if found this list on they official site.
For rooting my phone, im using this program. Connect via usb and just press one button on screen. 1 minute and i get a root.

I'm sorry to tell you this because I don't speak Chinese... There is an app that got my SGH-I827 rooted in 2 minutes.
1) Go to http://www.baidu.com/
2)Enter ?ROOT? into the searchbox. (It shold look like google.
3)Download 百度一键root
4)Run it...
NOTE: It will be in Chinese but it is self explanatory.
I wish I could help you by giving you an English one, but this is the only way I could get mine rooted.
