Bootstrap ClockworkMod Recover Problem

Here is my problem I have the Froyo OTA I also put on Flyx1.0 and ADW Pro Launcher.. I am very new to this whole modding thing. However my problem is everytime I shut my phone off and turn it back on it boots into clockwork Recovery. Can someone be kind enough to give me step by step directions on how to fix this please. I have Koush Bootstrapper and Rom Manager installed not sure what is causing the problem. Also everytime I do get the phone to start Koush Bootstrapper asks for superuser permission which it never use to do.
