Hello,

I have found the instructions and Rooted my Droid Eris.
I just used the default standard ROM. Now that the
phone is Rooted. Is there a way to change to a different
ROM without losing everything installed or do you have to
do a re-root so to speak?

everytime i have flashed a new rom on my eris you lose everything. trust me once you do it the first couple times, you'll realize it's not that bad to start clean. also, mybackup pro has worked to bring back some info i need without having to manually redo everything.
