Default Installing Cyanogen with ROM Manager

I'm installing, or at least trying to install, CMod 6.1.2 on Motorola Droid via ROM Manager.

I already used Clockword to create a Nandroid backup. I downloaded the ROM, told it to wipe data and cache, but not create a backup as I had just created one.

It began the installation process, but it appears to be frozen on a screen with a yellow exclamation point inside a triangle above a device.

If this is supposed to happen, how long can I expect it to be on this screen?

Got it fixed. After creating Nandroid BU, before DLing and installing Cmod, I had to reflash clockword mod.

I had an issue with RomManager and 6.1.2 on my droid. Gave up and just did it thru recrovery. I like it that way better sometimes you know? RM is excellent, but sometimes it chokes up and I'll just go around it lol. Most of the problems were when I told it to wipe data and cache. When I did the small increment updates, the RC's mostly, I would just install it over the previous version, with little issues. Going to 6.1.2 tho was a full wipe, actually wiped it like 7 times just to be sure.
