I have got this phone ( HUAWEI TIT AL00 ) from China and not with preinstalled Google services and other Google facilities like Google login, Google framework, Google play n etc. And wanted help if someone has the solution to it...

Try download google apps from xda-developers.com for any custom ROM for any phone.
Android apps work inside virtual mashine.
In settings allow install apps from different sources , and just try start apk files with google play .
May be it will install it.
Just try, you will not damage your phone.
