What the heck did I just do?

Newbie Android Dweeb has made a terrible mistake. I've got a Samsung Continuum, rooted it, and somehow munged up the permissions. Figured that I'd install a custom ROM since the backup that I made was somehow not viable. Long story short, I ended up installing the JVB bootloader via ODIN, and now the unit won't even go into Download mode. Is there a way to fix this, or do I need to remember to slash my wrists lengthwise instead of across? :-!
