I'm looking to pick up an older Android phone for my wife to use for development testing - the Android emulator that comes with the SDK is painfully, horrifically, sadistically slow, even on a fast computer.

So, like the title says - I don't care if the cellular modem works or if the esn is bad, as long as Android itself runs OK. It has to run 2.1 minimum. Would consider a cracked screen as long as the price is right (and replacement screens are available... I don't mind taking the thing apart to fix it).

Bottom line, I'm just looking for a cheap Android device to use not as an actual phone.
