It does not look like there is very much development for you phone. The only ROM's I have seen are for 4.4.4, you would need to find a factory imaged for the 4.4.2 or 4.4.3 and have the in a format that would allow you to flash them to the phone. Why do you want to downgrade?

The only 4.4.2 ROM I could find for the E is for the 2212 dual SIM. It may or may not work on your phone. Sony XPERIA E3 Dual D2212 - Android 4.4.2 - firmware 18.4.B.2.14
