Sony Xperia M2 loudspeaker and microphone not working
My dad has a Xperia M2 and the loudspeaker and microphone stopped working, tried a factory reset, didn't work. I tried some headphones and audio and mic were fine, on the headphones.
Any ideas what's going on? Thanks, Paul.
UPDATE: I can hear the ringtone trough the internal speaker, I read that this was a bug since April and that it got fixed, not for me though. This happened during the Diagnose tool included with the phone, vibrations also don't work.
