Having problem with google play store

Hi guys,
I am having problem with my google play store.
Its opening but only the "categories" page.
after that if i click "tools, games or any-other" it just wont open.
I can download app by signing in from pc. It just wont open in my mobile.
I reinstalled play store and also my mobile software again. But still it wont just open.
I have attached an image, plz help.

I would be glad if someone could suggest which is really effective...

Try Settings>Apps>Play>Clear cache and force stop. Wait about a minute and reopen. See if that helps.
