gallery completely black

Hi guys. Whenever I open my gallery it shows up completely black. The photos are there, because I can select them, view their infos, delete them etc, but the grid with the thumbnails is completely black, as if there were no pictures. They are also black when I open them, but If I use any other app they show just fine. I tried clearing data multiple times, and that seems to fix the problem buy only temporarily. In a couple of hours, even if I don't use the phone, the gallery turns black again. What can I do? thanks for your help

Have you cleaned your cache and thumbnail cache?
Install CleanMaster, that one has that option.

Thanks for your reply. I solved by backupping all the photos to my pc and then deleting them. Perhaps one of them was corrupted
